I have been ordering books, books, and more books for school. I have almost ordered all the books we will need for the school year. I am excited about what we are doing this year. I love curriculum. I know that's weird, but I love looking at the books and researching what is best, and seeing what other people have to say about them. This year Samuel will be doing Sing Spell Read and Write and Horizons Math. I ordered a full year of lesson plans for the girls that came with a book list. They have chosen some of the best curriculum for each subject. I have almost gotten all the girls books and I really am excited about what the girls will be doing. We are having a good summer. A very lazy summer. We will be going back to Summer Beach Project in a couple of weeks to be with the students before they come home. Then it will be time to begin school. It has been nice having Dave home a little more this summer. He has been quite the Mr. fix-it this summer. Our house is at the point where a lot of things are needing to be repaired or replaced. So little by little we are doing repairs.
So I'm off for another lazy day! Oh the joys of summer.
