If you have read my blog for long you know I like to change things around. I rearrange furniture all the time too. I just like to change things up. But I think I have found the new look for my blog that I really like. I have been trying to come up with a cute name for my blog. I was talking to a friend earlier tonight about a book I really love. Keep a Quiet Heart by Elisabeth Elliott. So it hit me tonight, what better name for my blog than that. So that is the new name. I love my last name, but its kinda boring as the title.
Dave is at the first football game tonight. I hope that goes well. We will go with him next week. Samo said he wanted to goto that "flitball" game. I love the way he says some of his words. This is my favorite time of year. Fall is approaching which means Christmas will be around the corner. I love the fall leaves and the chill in the air around mid October. There is so much anticipation of what is to come this time of year. Lots of party's and hanging out with friends, which our family loves to do.

Love the new fall picture...it's my favorite time of year. When I saw the name of your blog come up on my Google Reader, I couldn't figure out who it was! LOL!

Love your new blog name and that beautiful picture. I also have that book by Elizabeth Elliot but haven't read it yet. You have encouraged me to start reading it. Thanks!
I think "Keep a Quiet Heart" is an awesome title....and a constant reminder (keep keeping,)that it takes intentional effort to be quiet. I have to discipline myself when the waves of the ocean shout with thoughts of unbelief and anxiety. Knowing the Word calms the heart. "He sits enthroned above the flood."
